Terms & Privacy

What is not allowed on PirateDiffusion, the terms of use of the bot and its plans, and what data is collected and how it is used.

PirateDiffusion is a Telegram bot that runs open AI models on the Graydient GPU cloud. These are the three policies that apply to it: what is not allowed (the acceptable use policy), the terms of use of the bot and its plans, and the privacy policy. They are the policies of Graydient, adopted for the bot, and the English text governs. We wrote them in plain language on purpose.

Acceptable use

You decide what you render and which models you use; this policy sets the few limits that apply to everyone. It is part of the terms of use.

What is not allowed

  • Content or activity that is illegal where you are, where the person depicted is, or where the service operates.
  • Any content involving minors that is illegal, exploitative or harmful. It is reported to the authorities.
  • Imagery of a real, identifiable person made or shared without that person's consent. Face swap is allowed only with the consent of the person shown.
  • Content that harasses, threatens, defames or incites violence against a person or group.
  • Deceptive content meant to pass as real to defraud, defame or mislead, including impersonation.
  • Using the bot to break into, overload or interfere with the service or anyone else's systems, or to evade its limits, scans or enforcement.
  • Reselling or sharing a personal plan. A plan is for one person.
  • Installing or distributing models or files you have no right to use.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for everything rendered, stored or installed on your account, including by anyone you let use it.
  • You are responsible for complying with the license of every model, LoRA and workflow you use, and with the laws that apply to you.
  • Keep your Telegram account private and turn on two-step verification in Telegram.

How this policy is enforced

Automated checks look for illegal content, and reports from people are reviewed. When the policy is broken, content may be removed, the account suspended or closed and, where the law requires it, reported to the authorities. A record of enforcement actions is kept. Closed accounts are refunded for any unused time unless the law forbids it.

Reporting a problem

Email [email protected] with the details and any links. Every report is read by a person. If you think an action against your account was a mistake, reply to the notice you received or write to the same address.

Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and Graydient, the company that runs the bot and sells its plans, for the use of PirateDiffusion, its website and the plans sold for it (together, the "service"). By activating the bot or buying a plan you accept them, together with the acceptable use policy above and the privacy policy below.

1. What the service is

The bot rents GPU time on the service's own servers to run open AI models: image, video and other models that are preloaded or that you install yourself, from a Telegram chat. The service is infrastructure. Telegram itself and the apps made by other companies are independent products with their own terms, and the service is not responsible for them.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a contract.
  • One account is for one person. You are responsible for everything done with your account and for keeping your Telegram account private. Turn on two-step verification in Telegram.
  • Tell us at once if you believe someone else has used your account.
  • If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may bind that company to these terms.

3. Plans, prices and billing

  • Plans are sold as yearly or monthly subscriptions at the prices shown when you buy, in US dollars, exclusive of any taxes you owe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The billing portal shows your next renewal date and amount.
  • You can upgrade or downgrade anytime in the billing portal at https://app.chargebee.com/login?forward=https://stable2go.chargebee.com. Charges are prorated.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, the plan ends and your stored files may be deleted as described in section 8.
  • A plan's features and limits (GPU time per job, video length and resolution, batch size, storage) are the ones listed when you buy. Plans differ only in infrastructure; no plan, add-on or support action changes what the acceptable use policy allows.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in the billing portal at https://app.chargebee.com/login?forward=https://stable2go.chargebee.com. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. If you cannot reach the portal, email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.

5. Refunds

  • Every plan comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked: ask within 7 days of your first payment and we refund it in full. There is no free trial.
  • After the first 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. If something is wrong, write to [email protected] before you dispute a charge with your bank; we would rather refund than argue.
  • If we close an account for breaking the acceptable use policy, we refund any unused time unless the law forbids it.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually take 3 to 4 business days in the US and longer elsewhere.

6. Acceptable use

Use of the service must follow the acceptable use policy above, which is part of these terms. If it is broken we may remove content, suspend or close the account and, where the law requires it, report to the authorities. We may also suspend an account to protect the service or other customers, and we will tell you why.

7. Your content, models and output

  • You keep whatever rights you have in the files you upload, the models you install and the output you create. You give us only the permission needed to store, process, cache and deliver them to run the service for you.
  • To the extent the law allows, output you create is yours. We claim no rights in it. Whether AI output can be protected by copyright and whether it may infringe someone else's rights depends on the law where you are and on what you prompt; check before commercial use.
  • You are responsible for the licenses of the models, LoRAs and workflows you use and for how you use the output.
  • Your content is private by default. We do not publish it, sell it or use it to train models. See the privacy policy below.
  • We do not review content before it is rendered. Automated checks look for illegal content as described in the acceptable use policy.

8. Storage and backups

  • Each plan includes the storage listed when you buy. When your storage is full, delete files or change plans.
  • The service is not an archive. Keep your own copies of anything you need. You can download your files at any time while your plan is active.
  • After your plan ends, your stored files and installed models may be deleted. We will not migrate content to another provider.

9. Third-party apps, models and services

Telegram, apps from other developers, models from other makers and services linked from this site belong to their owners and have their own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Use of a third-party app with your account is still subject to these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits of liability

  • The service is provided as is. Open AI models can produce wrong, biased or unexpected output, may not follow a prompt and are not a source of facts. We do not promise a particular result.
  • We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, hardware failures, Telegram outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • You agree to compensate us for claims by others that arise from your content, your use of the service or your breach of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change raises the price of your plan or removes a feature you have paid for, we email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and you may cancel before then. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Privacy policy

This policy explains what data is collected when you visit this site or use the bot, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect what is needed to run the service and bill you, we do not sell your data, and we do not use your uploads or output to train models.

What we collect

  • Account details: your Telegram user id and username, and the email address you buy a plan with.
  • Billing: your plan, invoices and payment history. We do not store credit card numbers. Card details are entered on and held by our billing provider, a leading third-party payment company we trust for its security; we never see your full card number.
  • Your content: the prompts you send, the files and models you upload and the images, videos and text the bot creates for you.
  • Usage and security logs: Telegram message ids, commands, render times and errors; on this website, the IP address and browser of each visit.
  • Support messages you send us.

How we use it

  • To provide the service: run your renders, store your files and models, and deliver results to your chat.
  • To bill you and to answer your support requests.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce the acceptable use policy, including automated checks for illegal content.
  • To email you about your account: receipts, renewal reminders, failed payments and changes to these terms. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • We do not train AI models, and we do not use your uploads, prompts or output to train or fine-tune any model.
  • We do not publish your content. It is private to your account unless you share it yourself, for example in a Telegram group.
  • We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who we share data with

  • Telegram, which carries every message between you and the bot under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers that help us run the service under contract: our billing provider and its payment partners, who handle card details so that we never store them, hosting and network security, and email delivery. They may only use the data to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it or when a report concerns illegal content involving minors or an imminent threat to someone's safety.
  • A buyer or successor, if the service is sold or merged, under the same protections.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and keeps nothing in your browser. An analytics script counts visits and the pages read so we can see what is useful; those statistics are aggregated and are not tied to you. The checkout runs on our billing provider's pages, which set their own cookies under their own policy.

How long we keep data

  • Your content stays while your plan is active and may be deleted after it ends (see the terms of use).
  • Account and billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Security logs are kept for up to one year.
  • Enforcement records are kept as long as needed to answer legal and payment-network enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete your account and data. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, or from the Telegram account the bot knows. We answer within 30 days. Deletion requests are reviewed by a person and completed unless we must keep the data for legal, security or billing reasons. You can download your own files at any time while your plan is active.

Where data is processed

The servers are in the United States and the data centers of the service's GPU providers. If you are outside the US, your data is transferred there; where the law requires it, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Children

You must be 18 or older to use the bot. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we find to belong to minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and we email account holders about changes that affect how their data is used.
